Innovation: Reigniting Pennsylvania Manufacturing
It’s a harsh reality of the new global economy: Manufacturers must continuously innovate or fail.
That’s why Pennsylvania’s seven Industrial Resource Centers are focused on helping the state’s manufacturers increase innovation and create, communicate and commercialize new ideas.
Our goal is simple, but intricate: Connecting small and medium-sized manufacturers – the backbone of the state’s economy – with the resources they need to continuously improve processes, harness new technologies, create jobs and prosper.
Innovation: The key to reigniting Pennsylvania Manufacturing
At the IRC Network, we’re focused on giving manufacturers the tools they need to develop, define, discover and deliver. It’s not just about perfecting a single technique or taking a course. True innovation requires a change in mindset; a dedication to thinking outside the box and achieving the unachievable. But with our help, Pennsylvania manufacturers are doing just that – every single day.
How can I get involved?
If you’re a manufacturer, contact your region’s Industrial Resource Center. Every one of the seven IRCs has innovation engineering black belts – experts specifically trained on innovation processes and teaching manufacturers to use the tools at their disposal.
If you want to show your support, please consider signing up for our mailing list. We’ll send you regular updates on the state of manufacturing in the Commonwealth.
